Mushrooms

English! Mushrooms are wonderful by diversity; delicious in taste and beneficial after their properties. It urges us to investigate much literature; to travel to find rich places and to roam through the woods. Then  when you prepare it take advantage of unrepeatable taste and fragrant aroma. Mushrooms helps us to be healthy! But carefully, mushrooms are several: Edible, Inedible, Poisonous and Deadly. Be cautious always, if you go to pick mushrooms. Collect it in not polluted areas and not taste the unknown mushrooms. Any edible fungus have to enter the menu gradually. Some are not compatible with alcohol.

  Romanian! Ciupercile sunt minunate prin diversitate;  delicioase ca gust si benefice dupa proprietatile lor. Ele te indeamna sa cercetezi multa literatura de specialitate, sa calatoresti pentru a gasi locurile bogate, sa hoinaresti prin padure, apoi sa le prepari si sa beneficiezi de gustul irepetabil si aroma parfumata. Ciupercile ne ajuta sa fim sanatosi! Dar, atentie, ciupercile sunt de mai multe feluri: comestibile, necomestibile, otravitoare si mortale. Fiti prudenti mereu, daca mergeti la cules ciuperci. Nu colectati in zone poluante si nu gustati ciupercile necunoscute. Orice fel de ciuperca comestibila trebuie sa intre in meniu treptat. Unele nu sunt compatibile cu alcoolul.

Russian! Грибы являются прекрасными через разнообразие; вкусными и полезны по их свойствах. Он призывает нас исследовать много литературы,  путешествовать чтобы найти  богатые, урожайнные места, бродить по лесу, а затем, когда готовим, воспользоваться неповторимого вкуса и душистого аромата. Грибы помогают нам быть здоровыми! Но осторожно, грибы есть несколько видов: Съедобные, Несъедобные, Ядовитые и Смертельно опасные. Будьте осторожны всегда, если вы идете собирать грибы. Собрать надо в районах с чистой окружающуей среды и никогда не пробуйтенеизвестные грибы. Любые съедобные грибы постепенно должны войти в меню. Некоторые из них не совместимы с алкоголем.

September or August 2013 to North Bay trip we found Lobster mushroom, we didn’t know and didn’t test. We did a lot of search about this mushroom.

On September 2015 we found in our wood and tasted! Yammy!

From 2012 to 2015 we collected mushroom in a very pleasant place. Now here is a residential area. So pity!

June 3, 2016 A venit si timpul ciupercilor! Anul acesta am descoperit si indrajit o ciuperca de copac care creste pe ulm si este foarte delicioasa. Se numeste Cerioporus squamosus (трутовик чешуйчатый), dar nu am gasit echivalentul in romana. Maria Tonu: We found a lot of Polyporus squamosus or dryad’s saddle or pheasant’s back mushroom in Ontario wood on June 3, 2016. Different sizes and only few was tender, almost all was not infested. Those delicate I fried. A very pleasant smell. I put a little salt. The woody mushrooms I grated and did broth. It has received excellent vegetable soup, when I added few ingredients.Since it is not possible to eat strong mushrooms, that are hard, I did mask from them. Give freshness to the skin. I also invented gum from this amazing mushroom. Today is rainy in Toronto. I am so happy! Soon I will test again Cerioporus squamosus! Good appetite!
